CORE Audiology Services
CORE now offers testing in our Baldwin County location for diagnosis and treatment of auditory processing disorders (APD) and other hearing disorders that can have an impact on activities of daily living. Leah Barter, MS, CCC-A, SLPA is a licensed and certified clinical audiologist with an additional state licensure as a speech-language pathology assistant. She has also completed ninety hours of coursework through the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators for advanced training in working with individuals diagnosed with dyslexia. Under Leah’s leadership, our audiology program strives not only to identify a client’s strengths and weaknesses but also to individualize treatment needs and provide support recommendations for individuals to achieve optimal gains across environments.
