Community Services

School Consultation

The CORE Project support districts, schools, classrooms and individual students in both public and private settings. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a number of ABA-based consultation and training methods to help educators improve already existing systems or to improve the behaviors of students and classrooms. We collaborate with the district, administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff members to develop behavior supports that encourage student independence and create more opportunities for inclusion.

Parent Training Services

The CORE Project provides parent training services for parents and other caregivers of children with autism and other related disabilities. Due to capacity issues or insurance coverage, sometimes professional behavior therapy is not an option. Through our parent training program, we hope to impart parents with helpful, ABA-based strategies that can improve how they interact with their children, deal with challenging behaviors, and foster their child’s communication and language skills.
